Alecia Beth Moore Hart, popularly as Pink (written style as P!nk), is a famous American singer, songwriter, actress, and dancer. Initially, she was a member of a popular girl group "Choice". In 2001, Hart signed a recording contract with RCA Records, which allowed her to release her debut solo album, The Pink Album. The album was a commercial success, reaching number one in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as topping the charts in several countries in Europe. It also became a hit in Japan, where it reached number four. Pink's second album The Next Pink, released in 2003, was also a moderate success. She also received two nominations at the 2012 Grammy Awards for Best Pop Vocal Album for Pink pop and Best Contemporary R & B Violel for I'll be Alright, but was not nominated for Album of the Year. On January 14, 2014, the Recording Academy announced that Pink had been nominated again for the Grammy award for her album Pinkpop.
